The upper is classic KOI grunge, with a shadowy matte black finish contrasted by silver metal detailing, including a bold chain running across the upper. Adding to the hardcore vibe, small spikes are placed along the front, giving these an extra 'sharper' edge. The combination of lace-up and velcro closures gives these an athletic feel, and with a padded tongue, collar, and insole, they're just as comfortable as they are bold.
