Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Boutique Emporium. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories
  3. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless otherwise specified.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
